 Mint Leaf is a medicinal Plant Leaf which is very beneficial for our body as well as for the Stomach also known as  Mentha from Greek words, and many Hybrids and cultivators are called पुदीना पता in Assam State. Most grow best in wet environments and moist soils.




There are many types of Mint, such as SpearMint, Pepper mint, Water Mint, Chocolate Mint, Wild Mint, Apple Mint etc. They have wide spreading underground and overground stolons and erect, square, branched stems.

  •  Let us Know about different types of Mint:-  Spear Mint also known as gurden mint, common mint, this mint leaves are mostly found in the village area and in the market of Hilly areas from most in the plans areas. It has a sweeter tasty then Peppermint. Spearmint has a angle shaped stem. This leaves around 4 centimetres to 6 Cm long and 1.5 cm to 3 cm wide. you can easily find capsules, Tablets, powder etc are available in any Ayurveda medicine store and others shops. It is cultivated in Assam generally not only for Assam but other state/ countries are also cultivated. 
What is SpearmintSpearmint, also known as garden mint, common mint, lamb mint and mackerel mint, is a species of mint, Mentha spicata, native to Europe and southern temperate Asia, extending from Ireland in the west to southern China in the east. also cultivate India Assam State.

Benefit :-  It is a delicious, Spearmint beneficial in our health, high antioxidants it may help our balance hormones , Improve Digestion and maintain blood sugar, also reduce our Stress and Improve our Memory , Sleep, Headache and sore throat, many people always use spearmint to help indigestion,gas etc.
