Peppermint Leaves is a kind of aromatic Leaf this leaves can be used dried fresh and Teas. Peppermint also known as Mentha balsam-ca wild also is a by brid mind and flavor is similar to Spearmint but it Contains the ingredient menthol. 


 Peppermint Leaf growing very fast if there is a cool place. This Leaf can be eaten i combination with Healthy food in our daily life, like we can make Chutney by Crushing e.g. peppermint, ginger, Gurlic, Green Chilly, together and eat it, very tasty and we can eat with Tea.






❃✾ Cultivation:-     Peppermint can usually be cultivated under the roof and expands be under ground rhizomes young shoots are taken from old stocks an dibbled into the ground 


about 1.5 feet apart. They grow quality and cover the ground with runners if it is permanently moist . For the home gardener, it is often grown in container will make the peppermint trees healthy and strong very quickly. It is very important to get sunlight around the tree and on the planted.
I planted  Peppermint  tree in the garden in front of my house, you can see the pictures of  Peppermint  cultivation in my garden given above. Every afternoon i give the water on the peppermint trees. It is very easy to cultivate and does not require much labor.

       ✥      The  presence of menthol in it keep the inside of our mouth fresh and cool.
       ✥      It help our body fight against bacterial infections. 

✾✾ Uses :-    Peppermint/ Mint Leafs is a medicinal plant leaf which is very beneficial for body as well as foe the stomach. If we can eat it regularly then it will be very beneficial for the body. # You can use it drinking water soaked in sliced lemon, sliced cucumber, grated ginger, and mint leafs it may help reduce tummy fat. # Mint leaves can be eaten by crushing ginger, garlic, green chilly, together, its very tasty, i like very much. # Tear the leaves  and place in a mug, then muddle the Leaves for a few second with the back of a wooden spoon. Poor very hot water over the leaves and let step 5-10 min. you can remove the leaves or leaves them in and eat .....
          पुदीना पत्ता / Mint leaves can be used fresh or dried in a spectrum of culinary dishes. The leaves render a warm, fresh, aromatic, sweet flavor and deliver a cool after taste which is used in making tea, beverages, jellies, syrups, ice creams an candies. Mint flavored Tea is quite popular in India  and also widely relished in the Arabian and African countries.

✾✾ Side Effects :-   Peppermint does not have so many side effects . It has very few side effects. e.g. heartburn,  get medical help if you have sing an allergic reaction, hives, difficulty breathing, swelling of your face , tongue, lips, mouth, throat or headache.
